The trio Grateful Dead Dunks serves as the lineup. The two-color appearance of the upper has green artificial fur on the toes, mid-panel and heels, directly referencing the band's marching bear characters, which are usually featured in various artworks on Grateful Dead albums and merchandise. The pattern reappears on the insole in a multi-color design. The forefoot, eyelets and heel are covered with the same color suede.
Nike SB Dunk brand logo appears as a contrasting blue zigzag Swoosh on the middle panel, with a blue Nike embroidery pattern on the heel, and a mini marching bear and Swoosh logo inside the logo on the tongue. The last detail of the note is the hidden storage pocket on the inside of the tongue, showing the band’s "Steal Your Face" skull.
